In all my experiences, the best shuttles have been ones with numerous departures throughout the day where you share a ride with others. It is on-demand service at your requested time, but it still makes it unaffordabe. Where I live now in Kentucky, you can take a shuttle to the Nashville airport two hours away, but they charge $165 each way, which is crazy. I have an eye condition which prevents me from driving, so I can't just hop in a car and drive to the bigger airports. I would definitely use a shuttle service if it was there. I have traveled extensively and used many shuttle services. I used to live in Springfield and may be moving back in a few months.
